Charlotte is a city full of culture, business, good weather, museums breweries, professional sports, award-winning restaurants…the list goes on and on! It’s a city with a growing skyline that still maintains the charm of a southern town. For those thinking about moving to the Queen City, here are few more reasons that will have you packing your bags.

Kid Friendly. For many families, this is at the top of the list! Not only does Charlotte have a variety of children’s museums and activities like The Discovery Place and Charlotte Nature Museum, but it’s also home to some of the greatest-ranking schools in the country!

The Charlotte housing market is very hot and home values continue to rise (up 8% over the past year according to Zillow). The current median listing price in Charlotte is $250,00 but the median rent is pushing $1,300.
